How am I already writing the second to last wrap-up post of the year! I am honestly in denial of how fast the year is going by. I can happily report though that I am still accomplishing my personal goals for 2023 as I’m off this week on my first ever solo trip to visit a friend in Poland for a few days! I also had the privilege of attending YALC, London’s biggest YA book festival, this month (which means LOTS of new books!) and will include more on that at the end.
Books Read:
Good mix of yeh and meh this month! (Subject to change depending on whether I finish my current reads before the end of the month!)
And the best book I read this month was…
The Benefits of Being an Octopus by Ann Braden! Link to my full review here =)

As promised, here are some YALC photos! I was able to see some incredibly amazing authors (including Holly Jackson!) speak on panels which was a surreal experience and I got my book signed by Zoulfa Katouh, author of As Long as the Lemon Trees Grow which was super exciting!

- Let me know if there’s anything special you’d like to see for an end of year wrap-up post, I just might include a little giveaway if enough people are interested!
The next time I’m writing one of these posts we’ll be welcoming in a new year so I guess it’s Merry Christmas from me, enjoy the holidays everyone! And as always, Happy Reading 🙂
